DR (digitalrenter.com & its mobile app) is open real estate marketplace where you can post/advertise your vacant houses/lands for rent or sale and get directly connected with thousands of prospective tenants. It only takes 5 minutes to post a property and for starters, it's 100% free!.
How much does it cost to list my property?
There is a 100% free plan where you can comfortably list your property. For every signup, you get 30 days extra of a premium plan, no initial payment needed!
Who can post on Digital Renter?
Digital Renter is open to all landlords, caretakers, real estate agents and real estate agencies in Cameroon to advertise their vacant properties (houses/lands) for rent or sale.
Does the app and website work the same?
All information posted on the website is shown on the app and vice versa. An advantage of using the app is that it keeps you on track with conversations and you receive real-time notification on new requests and properties posted.
What do I need to start advertising?
1. Create a free account,
2. Post your vacant house/land for rent or sale with nice portrait pictures,
3. Share and start receiving clients
How long will my post be visible on the platform?
Your property will be visible for up to 30 days on the platform. If you rent out or sell it, please do mark it as "taken". If the property is still on the market after deactivation, you can reactivate it via the app or the website.
Does DR receive a commission on my properties?
By creating a free account and posting your property on Digital Renter using your account, Digital Renter does not ask for a commission. A tip to support the platform is always encouraged.
