Female roommate needed to occupy my fully furnished room

I am looking for a roommate to share my room with. I am a student of the University of Buea studying power systems engineering. Due to my school program, I won't be around for about 6 months (going on internship) so am looking for someone (female) nice, cool and lovely to occupy my room for these 6 months and subsequently, share the room with for the remaining 4 months when i return.

Sharing this room, you will just need your loggages (dresses, shoes, ...). Every other item a student room will need is already available.
Included in the room is
- A medium size bed (can take 2-3 persons)
- Reading table
- Chairs
- Reading table
- Fully equipped kitchen (pots, plates, gas bottle, frying pan, ...)
- Bathroom with buckets
- Fridge
- Flat screen TV
- Borehole water supply covered (flows every morning and evening)
- Electricity bills covered
My room is very accessible; situated opposite Presbyterian Church Molyko, about a minute walk from the road.

Security wise, its very secured with a gate that is locked every night. The room is at the 3rd floor of a 3 story building.
